Megan is married to Michael Thornton of Prentiss, Mississippi. Together they have four children, Kaylee Thornton (14), Ann Sullivan Thornton (6), Charlie Thornton (4) and Larkin Thornton (2).
Megan graduated from Simpson County Academy in 2004. She then attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts in 2008.
Megan graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2011 from Mississippi College School of Law. She has been licensed to practice in Mississippi since 2012.
